Delivery

The product you purchased will be delivered to the address designated by you, within 5-7 business days (depends on the shipping country) from your order.

Return

Your right of withdrawal entitles you to return the product within 14 days from the delivery through FedEx ,Cargo free of charge. Please send the original invoice together with the product to Arnavutköy Mah. Kireçhane Sok. No: 43/1 Beşiktaş. Istanbul. Return of a purchased product will be accepted only if the product is free from damage, unused, in its original package unopened, with tags intact, and packaged with all parts sent with it at the time of delivery.

If the value of the exchanged item is lower than the value of the originally purchased item, you will receive a credit for the price difference on your credit card or account. However, if the value of the exchanged item exceeds the value of the originally purchased item, you will be charged the price difference.

Exchange

You may exchange the product you purchased from us for another product within 14 days through FedEx Cargo free of charge. For this purpose, you should send a notice stating your intention of exchange, contact details and address to [email protected]. Following the receipt of your notice by Epidotte, you should send the product, together with the original invoice, to Arnavutköy Mah. Kireçhane Sok. No: 43/1 Beşiktaş/İstanbul through FedEx Kargo. Epidotte will check whether the product is in a condition eligible to exchange, and approve the exchange if it is eligible. Shipping costs for exchange will be paid by the buyer.
